OUR STORY
For South Asians raised on guilt and glucose — learning to care.
Millennial Health 101 is a healing-first space created for South Asians navigating bloating, burnout, breakouts, and generational pressure — all at once. It’s for the ones raised with haldi doodh but no emotional vocabulary, who Googled their symptoms in silence, and who are now unlearning, rebalancing, and finally choosing themselves.
This platform exists to offer health that makes sense for our bodies, cultures, and realities. We center brown skin, brown stomachs, hormone chaos, social anxiety, and the uniquely messy journey of trying to feel okay — physically, mentally, and emotionally — in a world that often expects too much and explains too little.
We believe in softness. In food that doesn’t punish. In skincare that doesn’t bleach. In routines that don’t demand 6AM hustle. We believe in nervous system safety, not discipline. And we believe that healing, especially for South Asians, is not about changing who you are — it’s about coming back to who you were before shame got in the way.
This is not a transformation project. It’s a return-to-self project. You’re allowed to move slowly here. You’re allowed to not have it all together. You’re allowed to rest. And you’ll still be growing.

Did we really grow up with Wellness?
Many of us were raised on a confusing mix of home remedies, medical mistrust, and unspoken expectations. We were told to drink haldi milk, not talk back, ignore our pain, and smile through exhaustion. Millennial Health 101 exists because none of that prepared us for the burnout, bloating, anxiety, or acne we’re facing now. This space was created to reconnect with our bodies on our own terms — gently, honestly, and without shame.
